Hello there,
At the centre of the town of Nansio is the market place which is a vibrant, noisy, busy place with lots of atmosphere. As you look around there are many different shops and stalls offering all sorts of services and goods for you to purchase - almost everything which you could think of and could ever want!
These boys are selling Ugali, which is made from the Cassava plant and is the staple diet of many people in Tanzania.
There is a wide choice of spices to enhance any meal.
After the shopping, the ladies can always visit the local hairdressing salon ...........
and the men can visit the Barbers shop.
When you are only small and have spent a busy morning with mum, walking around the market buying food, its good to have a little nap in the shade when you get home.
Until the next time.
Best wishes,
Diane and Derek
